Assistant Sector Head - Check Off Loans

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma , Professional Certificate
- Experience 7 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership and oversight of the Sector
- Drive growth of the sector loan book through product development and market penetration
- Monitor portfolio quality and manage Non- Performing Loans
- Develop strategies to enhance customer service and turnaround time
- Lead, mentor and develop sector staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and procedures
- Monitor sector performance, market trends and profitability
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field from a recognized university
- CPA/Credit Certification or Diploma/Credit Certification
- At least 7 years' senior-level experience in Credit within an MFI or financial institution
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills Proficiency in MS Office
