Detailed Description
Reporting to the Chapter Lead - Brand strategy and communications the role holder will be part of the brand center of excellence, contributing to the overall team goals but also benefiting from as excellent learning and development environment. The role contributes to the brand strategy and communications process by bringing to the table a deep understanding of the broad set of consumers the brand serves as an input to the positioning and brand campaign development process. As part of the brand story telling team, this role presents a unique opportunity to shape the brand perception in the consumer’s mind in order to grow brand love.
This is a principle brand guardian role at squad level ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, including the regular audit, review and update of guidelines and brand assets. The role requires a strong cross-functional collaborator who can partner effectively with teams across various disciplines including research, corporate communications, consumer organization, channels organization, sustainability and social impact etc.
