Associate Product Manager at Solvo Global

About the job

• We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team and help shape the development and delivery of innovative software products.
• In this role, you'll work closely with senior product leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product launches.

What you'll do:

• Support product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning.
• Gather and document product requirements and user stories.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
• Participate in feature prioritization and product launch activities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics.
• Advocate for customer needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

What we're looking for:

• 5 years of experience or exposure to Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or similar areas.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Aha!, Productboard, or related tools.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Experience with product analytics tools.
• Exposure to usability testing and UX practices.
• Experience supporting software product launches.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning.
