    Associate Product Manager

    About the job

    • We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team and help shape the development and delivery of innovative software products.
    • In this role, you'll work closely with senior product leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product launches.

    What you'll do:

    • Support product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning.
    • Gather and document product requirements and user stories.
    • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business needs.

    Senior Software QA Engineer

    About the job

    • We're looking for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.
    • This position will initially serve as the primary QA Engineer supporting a project team, with future opportunities to grow into a QA Lead or Manager role based on business needs and performance.
    • Advanced English required.

    What you'll do:

    • Define and execute risk-based testing strategies for software projects. 
    • Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans. 
    • Validate complex web-based, mobile, and multi-tiered applications. 
    • Track, document, and report defects, risks, and testing metrics. 
    • Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC. 
    • Support testing activities across multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments. 
    • Partner with Automation Engineers to identify and implement automation opportunities. 
    • Contribute to QA process improvements, testing infrastructure enhancements, and best practices. 
    • Mentor junior QA Engineers and support their technical development.

    What we're looking for:

    • 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and/or Software Development. 
    • Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 
    • Strong experience testing web-based, mobile, and multi-tier applications. 
    • Advanced test planning and test strategy development skills. 
    • Experience with functional testing and/or performance/load testing tools. 
    • Experience testing database-driven applications and writing SQL queries. 
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
    • Experience working in Agile environments. 
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

    • We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting client-facing applications and services.
    • In this role, you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Architects, Quality Assurance Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Engineering Managers to deliver continuous value to customers.
