    Associate Software Developer – RPA

    Job Description

    The position will be responsible for designing automation based on the operational requirements of a company using RPA tools to resolve issues related to automation

    Required Skills & Experience:

    Academic Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

    Required Experience

    1. 3-5 years relevant experience.
    2. Programming Language- C++, Python, Java, .NET etc
    3. RPA Tools- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, MS Power Automate among others.
    4. Understanding of the basics of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
    5. Analytical Skills- Analyzing information/data to maximize efficiency.
    6. Strategic Planning Skills- This includes designing, developing, and implementation of RPA.
    7. Problem Solving skills- Predicting any foreseen circumstances and solving any unexpected hiccups on the way.
    8. Communication Skills- Developer must be outspoken, confident, and welcoming and giving out new ideas.

    Responsibilities

    1. Designing automation based on the operational requirements of a company.
    2. Using any RPA tool to code and resolving issues related to automation.
    3. Reviewing the design and the code of automation.
    4. Providing gained expertise during system development and integration.
    5. Configuring automation using RPA tools, and providing post implementation support.
    6. Documenting the entire process of automation
