UX Visual Designer at Azenia

Job Responsibilities

• Design visual components for products and service lines based on established design principles and in accordance with the bank’s strategy, practices, and guidelines.
• Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers in order to create simple, easy-to-use software.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the design system.
• Proposing improvements to the current design system that would help benefit the wider team.
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field.

Job Competencies

• Exceptional knowledge of design softwares, that is, Figma and Adobe Suite
• The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
• Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.

Job Requirements

• Typically, 5+ years in designing applications for web, desktop and mobile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, computing-related subject
• Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools
• Body of work demonstrating strong design process, interaction, and visual design skills
• Prior experience in developing a design system will be an added advantage
