Design visual components for products and service lines based on established design principles and in accordance with the bank’s strategy, practices, and guidelines.
Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets
Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers in order to create simple, easy-to-use software.
Responsible for the maintenance of the design system.
Proposing improvements to the current design system that would help benefit the wider team.
Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field.
Job Competencies
Exceptional knowledge of design softwares, that is, Figma and Adobe Suite
The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
Job Requirements
Typically, 5+ years in designing applications for web, desktop and mobile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, computing-related subject
Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools
Body of work demonstrating strong design process, interaction, and visual design skills
Prior experience in developing a design system will be an added advantage
