    B2B Sales & Partnerships Associate

    About the Role

     This role focuses on building GoBEBA@Work as a leading brand in workplace essentials provisions. This will include researching businesses and institutions that require GoBEBA@work services, building a pipeline, sending out proposals, making sales pitches , making up the necessary follow ups and finally closing deals to win B2B clients. So we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is a selfstarter , is able to sport opportunities , pitch and close sales . 

    Key responsibilities 
    Workplace Essentials (B2B) Sales (85%) 

    •  Build a B2B sales pipeline of customers in selected industry segments including schools , corporates, hotels and restaurants
    •   Develop sales pitches and respond to RFPs and RFQs in a timely, comprehensive, and accurate manner .
    •   Build relationships with the HR, Admins, procurement, or/and Finance in corporates and SME that are responsible for daily essential purchases
    •   Discover the daily essentials needs of various corporates and SMEs workplaces  Follow a systematic approach to pitch , build interest and close workplace essentials deals with the relevant people
    •   Build GoBEBA as the go to platform when SME and corporate offices seek to procure workplace essentials 
    •  Support the continuous development efforts of GoBEBA@work features by providing organized fact  based insights from the field to enable product and tech teams to improve the customer experience and evolving needs . 
    •  Act as the account manager for the clients , coordinating the fulfillment of their requirements and helping resolve any challenges with their orders B2B partnerships (15%) 
    •  Initiate Retail partnerships with large and medium level formal retailers to distribute cooking gas through their premises

    Requirements 

    •  You must be hungry to sell the GoBEBA dream and achieve results !! 
    •  2 years experience executing B2B sales at a reasonable scale 
    •  Experience with B2B sales of bulky utilities like cooking gas or drinking water to businesses and corporate clients such as schools , hotels and businesses a big PLUS . 
    •  Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/ economics / sociology/ communications or other relevant field 
    •  Articulate, organized, detail oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multitask
    •   Able to work independently and as a team with a proactive and inquisitive mind 
    •  Ability to overcome rejection and find alternatives avenues and solutions for potential partners
    •   Ability to see the big picture and good with details at the same time 
    •  Ability to create , seal deals and maintain business relationships 
    •  You must be a highly reliable and handson operator 
    •  You need to have a strong persuasive and outgoing personality with a natural charisma On offer
    •   Flexible working regime with a portion of the work performed remotely .
    •   A front seat in the foundations of a defining innovation that will reshape how business is done in Africa’s Cities
