Job Responsibilities

1. Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle
2. Main focus on coding and debugging
3. Collaborate with Front-end developers
4. Define and communicate technical and design requirements
5. Provide training, help and support to other team members
6. Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future
7. Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes
8. Troubleshoot and debug applications
9. Learn about new technologies
10. Stay up to date with current best practices
11. Conduct UI tests and optimize performance
12. Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve applications
13. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of designers, developers and system administrators
14. Participate in conferences and educational programs
15. Follow new and emerging technologies

Job Requirements

1. 3 years of experience as a Back-end developer
2. In-depth understanding of web development
3. 3 years of experience with programming languages like Java, Ruby, Python, Go, Elixir or a combination of any.
4. 3 years of experience with CMS framework
5. Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS
6. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
7. Team player
8. Good organizational and time-management skills
9. Great interpersonal and communication skills
10. BA degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field
