Within the East Africa area team and based in Nairobi, Kenya, you will contribute to the growth of our baking ingredients activity: bread improvers, blends, premixes, mixes and milling correctors in two main segments: craft and Industrial. You are responsible for the technical design of formulas and their economic optimization while benefiting from the expert poles support of the Lesaffre group and the Africa territory.

Education and work experience
In view of our growth, we can also study applications of young graduates by offering them specific training in France before an operational location in Africa.
Language
Fluent English is a must. French language skills would be a plus.
Technical skills
You have developed specific formulation skills. Your knowledge allows you to fully understand the key baking ingredients, their functionalities in the various types of craft and industrial breadmaking, their ability to mix, store, dose and disperse during their implementation.
Behavioral skills
Open-mindedness, curiosity and creativity, rigor, good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
