Beauty & Wellness Lead Specialist at MNC Consulting Group Limited

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise the team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service standards and optimize client satisfaction.
• Provide expert nail services (manicures, pedicures, nail art, gel/acrylic enhancements).
• Support the offering of professional lash services (extensions, lifts, and maintenance).
• Assist in offering rejuvenating spa treatments (facials, massages, skin therapies).
• Assist in performing hairdressing services (cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments).
• Monitor inventory levels and stock management of products.
• Conduct trainings on beauty services.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations and staff training to foster professional growth.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming salon environment that aligns with the brand’s image and hygiene standards.
• Oversee Branch operations, track daily sales, prepare financial and operational reports and contribute to the branch’s profitability.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings and customer preferences.

Qualifications
