Bicycle Sales Representatives at Treasure Communication Limited

Job Responsibilities

• This role includes developing channel sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and building relationships with new and existing clients.
• The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of sales strategies, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to foster relationships with customers.
• Ultimately, the Bicycle Sales Representative should drive sales growth and increase our company’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Age: 21 – 30 years
• Gender: Male
• Must own a smartphone
• Must know how to ride a bicycle confidently
• Strong sales drive and resilience
• Ability to work independently within assigned territory

Area of Deployment

• Each representative will be deployed to one estate within Eastlands, specifically: Umoja, Utawala, Syokimau, Athi River, Kitengela, Buruburu, Kariobangi, Kayole, and Komarocks.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Retainer: Ksh 10,000 – 15,000
• Commission: Ksh 30 per carton sold
• Contract Duration: 1 Year
