We are looking for a Pipeline Builder to proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates, creating strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, market research, and relationship-building across multiple roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess skills and interest.
• Keep an organized database of active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline updates.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
• Stay updated on market trends and sourcing best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to build pipelines independently.
• Strong research and passive candidate outreach skills.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search).
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing for high-volume or specialized roles.
• Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies.
