Facility Management Coordinator at Bosch Africa

Your responsibilities:

• Fitting / upgrade works management.
• Site services management e.g., Maintenance, cleaning, utilities, parking, keys, assets, access cards, coffee machine.
• Asset operations Management.
• Induction / onboarding of new associates.
• Property insurance coordination.
• CO2 Neutrality end environmental topics coordination.
• HSE audits/controls coordination.
• Real Estate operations coordination.
• Be FCM department representative in Kenya and support for all relevant topics.
• Be HSE representative for RBKE sites and support for all relevant topic.
• Support with all eventual topics assigned to FCM department on demand like Car fleet, postage.

Qualifications

Your competencies and qualifications:

• Engineering degree in a technical related field, preferably civil engineering or building maintenance.
• Relevant National Diploma will be advantageous.
• Intermediate level MS Excel.

Work experience:

• Experience required in Facility Management or building/maintenance related topics.
• Professional with at least 3 years of work experience.
• MS office suite knowledge.
