Brand & Communications Manager at Farmers Choice Limited

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead integrated brand campaigns, product launches and seasonal initiatives.
• Drive content and digital communications across all relevant platforms.
• Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, events and activations.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and high-quality execution.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver strategic brand initiatives.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in FMCG and brand marketing, with proven success in brand communications and partnerships.
• Strong skills in brand strategy, positioning, segmentation, communication and digital.
• Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, analytics tools, CRM, social platforms).
• Excellent project management, reporting and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising small teams and managing agencies.
