    Brand Operations Manager

    Position Summary

    The position holder will delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results.

    A day in the life of a Brand Operations Manager

    • Developing and updating consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand.
    • Activate brand essence.
    • Develop and update consumer portrait, understand in store environment, contribute to category strategy, provide recommendation to promotional strategy, propose SKUs for key channels and key customers.
    • Manage 60/40+ basket, packaging, Nutrition, Health and Wellness dashboard, services related to your brands.
    • Ensures consumer centricity, apply Innovation levers, contribute and execute Innovation pipeline, maintain vibrancy via relevant renovation for your brands.
    • Actively contribute to development and execution of strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan.
    • Track and monitor the performance, health and strategic alignment including business impact of PFME investment of your brands.
    • Contribute to the development of Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creation of attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Work in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.

    What will make you successful

    • You will have a Bachelor of Commerce Degree – Marketing Option.
    • Minimum 3-years marketing experience handling brands.
    • Awareness of brand plans development and experience in brand activities execution.
    • Good reporting & communication skills.
    • Understanding of P&L.
    • Strong organization and planning skills.
    • Able to collaborate internally & externally.
    • Project management experience
    • Experience working with agencies.
    • Conversant with MS Office Packages
