Brand Support Specialist at Davis & Shirtliff Group

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of brand strategies for company products in line with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company products, specifications, applications, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Work closely with the sales team to support product presentations, quotations, tenders, customer proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Provide first-line technical guidance on product selection, installation, application, compatibility, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, specifications, applications, warranties, and technical requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG door-door in a manufacturing sector.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work closely with sales teams
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, training, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
