    Residential Sales & Leasing Agent-Real Estate

    Job Purpose.

    The position will be responsible for sale and lease of residential real estate assets, designing efficient and effective strategies to generate leads, establish a plan of action, and execute it.

    Main areas of Responsibility

    • Generate client leads to buy and rent property
    • Maintain a pipeline of potential customers
    • Coordinate appointments for site visits with potential clients
    • Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
    • Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their asset
    • Prepare regular sales update reports
    • Establish customer leads through cold calling
    • Follow / reach out to existing customer leads
    • Establish, nurture, develop and maintain positive client and customer relationships
    • Promote sales and leasing of properties by attending networking and activation events
    • Meeting and exceeding sales and leasing targets
    • Answering client questions on credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
    • Overseeing signing of documents when required to and coordination of property handover
    • Any other tasks as assigned

    Required Education &Experience

    • Degree in a relevant field
    • Experience in Residential real estate sales
    • Understanding the sale process and associated property laws
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
    • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
