Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Postgraduate degree or qualification advantageous

Experience Requirements

• Experience in a commercial/BD role in the East African energy sector
• Good understanding of the renewable energy market and technologies
• Previous recruitment experience will be advantageous
• Ability to travel across Africa (specifically Kenya)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving targets
