Royal Mabati Factory Ltd is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality roofing solutions and steel construction materials. We are seeking to recruit a Business Development Officer to drive market growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our client base across key markets.

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years' experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.
• Experience with CRM systems, proposal writing, and tender preparation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and prepare reports.
• Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and proactive problem-solver.
