Business Development Sales Manager at Zarini naturals ltd

We're looking for someone who loves selling and meeting targets. This person will carry the brand to towns and cities across Kenya — opening new stockists, growing sales in existing ones, and making sure Allso products are visible and moving off the shelf everywhere they go.

• Finding and signing up new stockists
• Identify salons, beauty shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies in each town that can sell our products.
• Pitch the brand, negotiate first orders, and get them stocked
• Growing sales in existing shops
• Visit stockists regularly to check stock levels, place reorders, and solve problems
• Make sure products are displayed well and staff know how to sell them
• Push sales targets in every territory you cover
• Train shopkeepers and beauty staff on the products so they can sell confidently

Reporting

• Keep track of visits, orders, and sales in a simple report format
• Share weekly updates with management on sales numbers, new accounts, and issues in the field
• Solid sales experience — ideally in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or a similar fast-moving product
• Comfortable travelling extensively, sometimes for days at a time, across different counties
• A people person — can walk into a shop, build trust fast, and close a deal
• Self-driven — able to work with minimal supervision while on the road
• reporting skills — comfortable using a system or simple apps to log visits and sales
