Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage working capital financing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead asset finance operations, including structuring, pricing, and portfolio management.
• Drive market development strategies to expand business in construction machinery financing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across corporate and SME segments.
• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and reporting to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design innovative financing products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking, financial leasing, or asset finance.
• Strong expertise in working capital management and asset financing.
• Proven track record in market development and client acquisition.
• Experience in financial business related to construction machinery is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
