Job Description
A leading Micro Finance Bank in Kenya is looking for Business Growth and Development Managers. The role involves working closely with the Area Manager to develop and implement the branch's overall business strategy. Key objectives include assessing business opportunities, expanding the liability and asset portfolios, and driving Bancassurance growth through client acquisition and retention, while ensuring portfolio quality.
The Manager will lead the branch team (Relationship Manager, Senior Relationship Officer, Assistant Manager Branch Operations, Team Leader Sales, Relationship Officer-SME/Micro/Group) in formulating and executing strategies to achieve business growth and development targets. The successful candidate will be expected to aggressively drive branch growth and profitability by building and maintaining strong, profitable customer relationships.
