Structured Cabling Installer at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee end-to-end project execution from inception through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate effectively with internal technical teams, external contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Identify project risks, implement proactive mitigation strategies, and maintain quality control standards.
• Manage project resources, field teams, and technical deliverables in alignment with overall project objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunication, ICT, or a related field from a university recognized in Kenya.
• Minimum of 10 years of general working experience in the Telecommunication or ICT sector.
• Minimum of 7 years of specific experience delivering at least three (3) projects of similar nature and complexity.
• Relevant professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent)
