Duties And Responsibilities

Finance

• Maintaining records and monitoring cash flow to ensure that there are always enough funds available
• Preparation of weekly cash forecast based on anticipated inflows and outflows.
• Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts on a timely basis.
• Monitoring and preparing reports on cash balances and other financial activities for management review
• Ensure there is efficient management of the company’s bank accounts.
• Preparation of supplier payments and loading batch payments in the bank portal.
• Coordinate the update of the general ledger for all cash and bank movements.
• Generally, assist in the month-end closure process to meet target reporting dates.
• Forex currency administration.
• Perform the role of a bank agent, ensuring all needed documentation is submitted to signatories and the bank on a timely basis.
• Any other tasks as requested by the line manager and/or senior management.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a business environment.
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• CPA finalist or its equivalent.
