Main Duties

• Performing routine HIV-related medical and surgical procedures.
• Interpreting medical tests and prescription of treatment.
• Medical assessment and referral where necessary.
• Supervising and counseling staff engaged in routine patient care.
• Giving support and health education to patients.
• Managing TB, AHD, and NCD patients.
• Attending to PMTCT clients.
• Offering preventive services such as PEP and PREP.
• Giving CMEs to the team.
• Managing SGBV survivors as per guidelines and protocol.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine.
• Registered by the Clinical Officer’s Council and possessing a valid practicing license.
• 2 Years’ relevant work experience.
• HIV training is an added advantage.
• Self-starter, organized, and a team player. Proficient in using Kenya EMR.
