ABOUT THE ROLE

• are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Controller to support monitoring and operational security. The role involves real-time monitoring of CCTV systerra, fat tracking, cargo movement coordination, and overseeing vehicle and delivery operations to emure safety, accountability, and compliance with operational procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong observation, communication, and reporting skills, with the ability to respond promptly to incidents, monitor route compliance, and support efficient day-to-day operations

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitor CCTV systems and fat tracking platforms on a continuous basis.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure route compliance via the camera imtailed in trucks MettaX and VSS platform).
• Ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures through camera monitoring
• Monitoring of loading and offloading of goods wa the camera.
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and relevant departments during emergencies or operational challenges.
• Review CCTV footage and tracking hatory when required for investigations
• Prepare daily operational and tracking reports

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree or Diploma in Security Management, Information Technology, Logatics, Transport Management, Criminology, or a security related field.
• Training in CCTV monitoring and GPS/Heat tracking systems, safety procedures, or emergency respor be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in CCTV monitoring systems
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, logistics coordination, or fleet tracking
• Experience in incident reporting and operational communication
• Experience in tramport or logistics environment will be an added advantage
