Qualification

Education, Skills and Experience

• Master’s degree in relevant area of specialization i.e. Education, Business Administration or Management, Public Administration
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a recognized academic institution.

Or

• Bachelor’s degree and a professional qualification e. Education, Business Administration or Management, Public Administration
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a recognized academic institution

Duties and responsibilities

• Overseeing all sections of the Institute, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration among section heads.
• Leading efforts to continuously improve the quality of education and drive year-on-year improvements in results.
• Managing the Institute’s resources effectively, ensuring funds are used as intended and within the approved budget.
• Leading the preparation of income and expenditure estimates for approval and overseeing the management of the Institute’s financial and human resources.
• Ensuring the Institute complies with all statutory and regulatory responsibilities, including health, safety, and sustainability obligations.
• Representing the Institute both externally and internally, strengthening its reputation and visibility.
• Leading marketing and student recruitment efforts to grow the Institute and its student body.
