Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at Ciala Hospital

Key Responsibilities

• Assist nurses in providing safe, compassionate and patient-centred care.
• Support patients with feeding, bathing, hygiene, mobilisation and other activities of daily living.
• Assist with admission, transfer, discharge and routine patient-care activities.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist nurses during procedures and patient-care activities within scope of training.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, cleanliness and confidentiality.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
• Participate in shift handovers and comply with assigned duty rosters.

Requirements

• Certificate in Nursing Assistant/CNA or equivalent recognised training.
• Hospital or healthcare experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable and patient-centred.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Demonstrated discipline and willingness to learn.
