Your role at BDSwiss:

• Developing and executing the company's strategic plan in alignment with overall corporate objectives
• Leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and exceed business targets
• Driving revenue growth through innovative product development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, regulators, industry partners, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
• Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment
• Providing regular updates and reports to the Board of Directors on key performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and market developments
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership

The Ideal Candidate :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in executive leadership and strategic management, preferably in the forex or financial services industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Strong understanding of forex trading, financial markets, and regulatory landscape in Kenya
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver results in a competitive market environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Visionary leadership style with a focus on innovation, creativity, and long-term sustainability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
