• Lead business development, retention, and diversification efforts to expand the company’s market presence.
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure financial health and profitability by managing budgets, optimizing resources, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to protect the organization’s assets, reputation, and long-term viability.
• Lead and manage the executive management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Champion a culture of quality excellence across all aspects of the organization.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a CEO, Senior Executive, or in a leadership role within the energy/construction sector.
• Strong experience in project management.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performance teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
