Job Purpose

The CIO sets vision and execution for an integrated, secure, and data-driven enterprise converting technology investments across ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, e-commerce, fleet, surveillance, corporate IT, and future digital platforms into measurable growth, operational excellence, and resilience.

Job Description

Business Strategy & Value Creation

• Translate corporate strategy into a 3–5 year digital roadmap with measurable business value.
• Prioritize programs with clear ROI and outcomes (efficiency, resilience, customer value).

Enterprise Systems & Integration

• Drive implementations (ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, eCommerce, fleet, etc.) and unify into a connected architecture.
• Establish API/event-driven integration for full visibility across supply chain, finance, and customers.

Secure Digital Workspace

• Institutionalize a secure digital workspace: access governance, endpoint protection, encrypted collaboration, data lifecycle policies.
• Ensure company-controlled retention of sensitive data across all systems.

Cybersecurity, Privacy & Resilience

• Run a risk-based security program, enforce Zero Trust, continuous monitoring, and disaster recovery testing.
• Integrate physical and digital security into enterprise monitoring.

Data, Analytics & AI

• Establish enterprise data governance, master data management, and high-quality reporting.
• Deploy advanced analytics/AI for demand forecasting, maintenance, and supply chain optimization.

Operations, Service & Vendor Management

• Run a world-class IT service management function (SLAs, XLAs, automation).
• Optimize vendor ecosystem, reduce TCO, and manage contracts strategically.

People, Culture & Change

• Build a digitally fluent IT team with strong business alignment.
• Drive structured change management for adoption and impact.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years in IT/digital leadership with enterprise scope, 5+ at C-level or equivalent.
• Proven record delivering multi-system transformations (ERP, CRM, MES, eCommerce, fleet).

Key Competencies

• Expertise in enterprise architecture, cyber, AI/ML, and IT/OT convergence.
• Strong financial & business acumen (TCO/ROI/value realization).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and board communication.
