About the role
The Chief of Staff will serve as a critical partner to the CEO partner, collaborating with the broader management team on projects and ensuring we drive a culture where we can execute and innovate quickly. There will also be projects that must be independently run and where hands-on execution is critical.
A successful candidate comes with experience in successfully driving cross-functional projects, knows how to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced business environment, and can communicate effectively.

The position is based in Mombasa, Kenya. Significant amount of travel within the country will be required. A competitive package based on experience will be offered to the right candidate.
The package would include relocation costs involved with moving to Kenya for work.
