Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital is a not-for-profit Children’s Hospital established in 1947. Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital is the most established paediatric hospital in Eastern and Central Africa, providing healthcare to children in Kenya as well as those referred from neighbouring countries. The hospital attends to over 300,000 outpatients annually through a network of 15 facilities in and around Nairobi and admits over 9,000 patients annually at its 100-bed facility located at Muthaiga, Nairobi.

Master's degree in Paediatrics and Child Health (MMED) from a recognized Institution.
Fellowship degree in a Paediatric field is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery (MBChB) from a rec- ognized Institution.
Licensed to practice currently as a paediatrician by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
Minimum 10 years' clinical experience, including at least 5 years post-MMED and 2 years in senior leadership within a hospital or tertiary care setting.
Demonstrated excellence in managing paediatric emergencies and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Strong clinical governance, mentorship, communication, and leadership skills.
High professional integrity, emotional intelligence, and commit-ment to continuous professional development.
