- Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings.
- Supervise construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to address project requirements.
- Ensure projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the structural integrity of designs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and assessments.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, and other engineers.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members.
