Claims Coordinator
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Insurance
Requirements:
- Administrative experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in Claims is valued but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Report only medical workers' compensation claims and reports to the insurance company by identifying the Division Partner (DP) and their corresponding procedures.
- Complete defense call tasks after the claim has been reported to the insurance company.
- Complete weekly cleanup projects to ensure files are updated as needed.
- Assist with assigned overflow intake and claim data projects.
- Assist Claims Specialists in translating correspondence.
