Qualifications & Skills

• Proven track record in reducing aged debt portfolios (e.g., 90-day+ arrears)
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel for reconciliation and auditing
• Strong de-escalation skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in sensitive financial discussions
• We are seeking a Client Accounts & Financial Relations Officer to manage client accounts and support smooth financial operations.
• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Credit Management, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and Certified Credit Professional (CCP).
• Advanced Certification in Customer Service or Public Relations.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Veterinary Practice
• Management or a high-end medical front-office environment with a heavy focus on account management.
• Must hold a recognized Certification in Credit Management (CCM) or an equivalent professional credential.
