Client Onboarding Specialist

- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Nairobi

What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects
- Serve as the main point of contact during the onboarding process
- Gather requirements and translate them into operational workflows
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates
- Support process improvements and documentation initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with CRM and project management tools
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, HR Services, Staffing, or BPO environments
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
