    Client Solution Advisor & Support Internship Programme

    Our Internship Programme is designed and tailored to provide unemployed graduates with professional and practical exposure in their chosen career field through a planned work experience schedule.

    The practical experience the intern gains at the work site is expected to compliment the theoretical knowledge gained in a college classroom. The intern is expected to both learn from and contribute to this learning opportunity. Upon completion of the Internship Programme, successful interns will be given the opportunity to join any of the available roles in our customer service department.

    Office Location

    Jem Park Complex, Suite No. 21, Near Signature Mall, Next to Valley View Estate, Mombasa Road, Mlolongo.

    Requirements

    1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    2. Ability to think logically
    3. Professionalism and dependability
    4. Willingness and ability to learn and adapt fast to work requirements
    5. Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition
    6. Willingness to travel
    7. Customer focus and ability to understand and appreciate different business processes
    8. Good understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems
    9. Excellent presentation skills and ability to demonstrate the workings of an ERP software
    10. Knowledge in computer networks
    11. Knowledge and good understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Ms- Server, Oracle etc
    12. Skills and interest in internet research

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Presenting and demonstrating the use of software solutions to prospective clients
    2. Assisting in user requirement specification analysis
    3. Assisting the development team in testing software
    4. Installing software and training users
    5. Providing software support in person, via telephone and internet
    6. Creating different types of SQL reports using Fast Reports & Crystal Reports tools
    7. Assisting in the diagnosis of computer hardware, network and software problems and providing solutions
    8. Preparing software technical documentation and user guides
    9. The IT support intern will be expected to fulfil additional duties as assigned
