Climate Change Intern at Kenya Climate Innovation Center (KCIC)

Responsibilities

• Assist with the collection and analysis of data related to climate change impacts.
• Conduct literature reviews and synthesize information on climate change trends and impacts.
• Participate in the development of reports, presentations, and other materials on climate change
• Assist with the organization and management of events and workshops related to climate change.
• Support the development and implementation of climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the development of climate change solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field, such as environmental science, environmental management, and sustainable development.
• Strong understanding of climate change issues and the impacts of climate change on various sectors.
• Experience with data analysis and research is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
