Sales Associate at Zarini Naturals ltd

• We are looking for a self driven ,passionate and committed sales associate responsible for driving sales of salon and spa services, beauty products, and treatment packages while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves attracting new clients, converting enquiries into bookings, recommending suitable beauty services and products, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support revenue growth and client retention.

The ideal candidate should:

• Meet daily and monthly individual sales targets
• Recommend suitable beauty products and services based on customers' needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary services, treatment packages, and beauty products.
• Provide accurate information about services, prices, packages, product benefits, and appointment availability.
• Report sales performance, customer feedback, and emerging sales opportunities.
• Support the promotion of salon and spa services through WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other marketing channels
• Identify opportunities to attract new customers and grow the salon's customer base.
