Clinical Psychologist at Bliss Healthcare

Job Overview:

• Provide safe, effective, patient centered, timely, efficient and equitable care to all patients that visit Bliss healthcare medical centres.
• Contributing clinical psychological expertise to patient care in the facilities.
• Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained.
• Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Requirements -Education, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
• Valid membership/practice license from Kenya Psychological Association.
• At least three (3) years of progressive relevant experience.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy across the lifespan.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
