    Commercial Manager

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing all commercial activities including tenders, proposals, contracts, pricing strategies and revenue management. You will collaborate closely with our account management teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns that exceed client expectations.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    Commercial Manager

    • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
    • Efficient in Power Point presentations and developing well thought out Marketing Proposals
    • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and standards
    • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure profitability
    • Collaborate with the account management team to understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
    • Lead a team of commercial professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
    • Any other duty that may be assigned to you

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
    • Proven track record of success in a commercial or business development role within the advertising industry
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
    • Excellent financial acumen and proficiency with budgeting and forecasting
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
    • Familiarity with advertising tools and platforms is preferred
    • Proven working experience in a similar field
