Community Leadership Program at Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT)

• Through this program, the Community Leaders will get the opportunity to deliver ADMI /DOT Kenya’s Content Creators program to content creators across Kenya with an aim to expand their skills in content creation, boost their self-confidence, and increase their income to stabilise their livelihoods. 

Requirements

• A young woman/man, between the ages of 20 and 30 years.
• Be a university  or college graduate based in Kenya. 
• Have above average ICT skills and Google Suite skills.
• Experience and knowledge in managing or working with groups, community engagement  and community mobilisation.
• Good understanding of trends, innovations and challenges facing content creators.
• Creative and innovative —able to develop new and unique ways to help young content creators monetise their talents. 
• Experience with content creation and social media marketing is a plus.
• Own digital tools such as a smartphone, and have access to a computer.
