JOB DESCRIPTION

• Safely and promptly deliver goods, parcels, and documents to clients or company branches.
• Pick up materials, supplies, or documents from suppliers or other company locations.
• Plan delivery routes to optimize fuel usage and delivery time.
• Ensure all deliveries are signed for and acknowledged as received by the recipient.
• Report any road incidents, delays, or vehicle issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns.

• Ensure the assigned motorcycle is properly maintained and serviced regularly.
• Follow all traffic laws and company regulations during operations.
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions with clients or recipients.
• Assist in minor logistical or administrative duties when not riding.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

• Minimum of High School Certificate
• Valid motorcycle riding license
• Demonstrated experience working in a corporate or professional environment
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Clean driving and criminal record.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles is a plus.
