    Construction Technical Training & Quality Assurance Lead 

    • Passionate about advancing women in construction? Our client is looking for a Construction Technical Training & Quality Assurance Lead to lead a team delivering world-class, results-driven training for the next generation of tradeswomen.

    In this role, you will:

    • Align training with global standards – Integrate ISO, OSHA, and sustainable construction practices into training programs and keep content aligned with evolving industry needs.
    • Coach & build capacity – Mentor trainers, set measurable goals, and develop cost-effective Trainer of Trainers (ToT) strategies with clear ROI.
    • Champion quality assurance – Track key performance metrics (speed, quality, efficiency) and ensure consistent, measurable learning outcomes.
    • Drive innovation & sustainability – Leverage digital QA tools, AR/VR learning environments, and AI insights while promoting eco-friendly construction methods.
    • Engage stakeholders – Report on impact metrics, collaborate with partners, funders, and certifying bodies to strengthen graduate recognition and employability.

    Who You Are:

    • A seasoned construction professional with 10+ years’ experience in site supervision, construction management, or technical training.
    • A collaborative leader and mentor, skilled at coaching teams and fostering accountability and growth.
    • Experienced in Quality Assurance systems and aligning programs with global industry standards.
    • Proficient in data-driven performance management, innovation, and sustainable practices.
    • Driven by purpose — passionate about empowering tradeswomen and transforming the future of construction training.
