Knowledge and Experience Required

• Master’s degree in relevant area
• Professional certification in management, governance and/or leadership
• At least five years in training and/or consultancy
• At least five years in senior management
• Excellent report writing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• KIM membership will be an added advantage
• Publications, published papers and articles will also be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and passionate about institutional excellence
