• We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator with a passion for real estate and luxury properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences. Collaborate with marketing to create content calendars and schedules. Produce high-quality content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, videos, and infographics.
• Write compelling copy for property listings, brochures, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions.
• Optimize content for SEO to enhance search rankings and drive traffic.
• Track content performance with analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights.
• Adjust content strategies based on performance metrics.
• Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive content delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and content marketing best practices. Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and projects.
• Ensure digital content consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone. Comply with copyright and data protection laws.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
