Continental Chef at Wildebeest Travels ltd

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Continental Chef to join our team.
Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Continental Chef.
• Strong knowledge and ability to prepare a wide range of Western, European, and Asian cuisines.
• Experience cooking for foreign guests/ tourists, and international clientele.
• Skilled in food preparation, presentation, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Bread-baking knowledge would be good but not essential — training will be provided.
• Dessert-making knowledge would be good but is not essential — training will be provided.
• Must be reliable, flexible, and able to work rotating shifts.
• Working Arrangement
• Initially on an ad hoc/casual basis.
• Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
