Control Room Operator / Electrician at Suguna Foods Limited

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carrying out routine maintenance and electrical repairs
• Troubleshooting electrical faults and problems in the mills
• Installing and monitoring electrical devices in the mill
• Carrying out new wiring projects in the mill and within the complex
• Supervising external contractors carrying out electrical works
• Issuing work tools and equipment to the team
• Overseeing the safety and welfare of the mechanical technicians in the team
• Any other duty assigned

Required skills and Competencies:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical engineering
• Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in the milling industry
• Proven technical and working experience of PLCs and SCADA
• Team player and good at time management and organisational skills
