Job Responsibilities

• Core Network Service Engineer
• Cut-overs: migrating subscribers from the old PSTN to IP based network (IMS)
• MSAN (multimedia services access node) subscriber services creation.
• Implementing, verifying and troubleshooting multimedia & voice routing.
• Compiling Technical Service Description Data Accomplishments.
• Installation configuration and support of Huawei network switches and routers.
• Remote maintenance & administration of IP Core network.
• Routing and routed network design, configuration,and support on BGP and OSPF protocols.
• Technical Service Description Data Accomplishments Configuration of routers and networking switches (Cisco and Huawei).
• Troubleshooting & maintenance of core network and subscriber database following customer SOP.
• Provide technical support and workshops to Customer with regard to Core Network during network design, deployment, first office application, commercial assurance, and continued maintenance.
• Perform signalling and traffic routing design to achieve the highest and optimised network availability.
• In charge of periodic network audits and inconsistency cleanups to maintain the health of the network as it evolves.
• Adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Leading a team of 5 core network engineers and mentoring them

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering is a must
• 5+ year work experience in Core Network
• 7+ years work experience in Telecommunications Industry;
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills
• Good skills on IP(CCNP) , Stroage, Linux, IT, etc
